Over the past several years, we have concentrated on building in St. Louis County and St. Charles County. We recently expanded our building expertise and unblemished reputation into the Southwest Illinois area. We focus on building elegant homes with prices ranging from $250,000 to $2,000,000 and above. Our finished lower levels range in price from $40,000 to $200,000.

      While our first priority is satisfying our homeowners by building homes and lower levels the way they should be built, our experience also includes commercial and industrial construction such as restaurants, retail centers, retail finishes, office buildings, office space finishes, service stations, convenience stores, and hangars for jets and airplanes to name a few.

      We involve ourselves in a limited number of projects and communities that we build at any given time, so we can provide more personalized service to our customers and give the proper attention to every project. Our company is known for our personal service and great attention to detail, and we thrive on our reputation of customer satisfaction.
